One can add water and still enjoy a good taste. It was our last breakfast in Greece, and they did an excellent job of completing our fond memories of Greece. Famous for its drinks and coffee, with very reasonable prices.
We really enjoyed all the cups that we consumed, from greek coffee, filter, long black, to flat white and other milk based drinks. The industrial decor, characterized by an appealing mix of wood and concrete elements, creates a unique backdrop for enjoying your favorite cup. Despite the coffee reviews, we enjoyed our iced coffee which is a more traditional strong coffee. I came here many times with my sweetheart and with people who truly mattered to me. The service here was fantastic, absolutely lovely people.
We hesitated, but then noticed people heading down into the bar, so we followed—and we’re glad we did! The venue hosts an array of events including Greek rap gigs, techno DJ sets, art openings, and record launches. We sat on the roof during the sunset.

It is generally quite crowded, which says a lot about how popular it is. Still enjoyable, just a personal taste. The coffee was good, though I personally prefer my coffee a bit hotter. The sugar level was perfectly balanced, which is rare in Athens where many desserts can feel too sweet for those who prefer lighter flavors. When we visited, there was a strawberry galette and it was delicious.

Had a quick bite to eat at this lovely, quaint little spot. I come to Athens few times a year and every time I’m in town I have to go there for breakfast, brunch or lunch as I love their food. I had a nice ginger beer and enjoyed the music. I choose this location for good music and a very beautiful renovation of a cool corner building. Beauty Killed the Beast is an amazing place to enjoy a café or brunch with friends on a lazy morning. I can understand to have a timeboxed slot, to prevent someone sitting for 5 hours with a coffee but there no point to forbid the laptop usage.
